BartK thanks for sharing I found it interesting too.
If I understood correctly, the data for those graphs are coming from humans. So the graph might have a different shape for different cultures, even if the overtones are same (eg. for a string instrument).
It is interesting that once you have such a graph for a couple of simple sine waves, you can roughly guess the tuning for a specific instrument.
