Since this is my arrangement, I really want to do the whole thing. The whole point of it is that it has all these difference sections, while most arrangements have some but not all.
There are a few spots where an 8-measure passage repeats, so I could cut some of those, but one time when I played it that way, it sounded incomplete....
We'll see, either way I just need to get to it! Usually my recording process is that I start recording on whatever day, and then I try to do 3 takes or so every day for a few days in a row. With my last PT recital (Hana Bi) that actually worked out really well because I thought I didn't have any shareable takes, but I ended up with three and was able to choose the best one.
So, I guess the point is, I just need to start recording. 😅
