It's a room of approximately 6m x 5m, with a wooden floor, and the wall where it will stand next to is entirely covered with wooden wall paneling. The ceilings are approximately 2.80m high with wood beams. So I expect that it will sound less loud at home. I will also buy a rug for underneath the piano because I don't really like a brown piano on a brown floor.
The room in the house of the seller opens up to a bigger room, also a tiled floor, with very high ceilings, like 5 meter or something like that. So it's very different.
I think it has to be voiced anyway, because I noticed some differences in brightness of keys that were next to each other. I might even have the original hammers refelted at Abel after a while.
