Thank you. No doubt will take a few weeks to get used to it. The sustain pedal is much heavier than my upright, the action is slightly heavier. Very satisfied with the sound.

It needs some regulation, but getting used to it goes faster than I thought. Today I tried my digital piano again, and first I thought it was broken. Such a heavy touch!! I never noticed it was so heavy!

And I couldn't stop myself, I just replaced the fallboard felt. The old felt was faded to a very light blue, and now it's beautiful dark Blüthner blue 🙂

That's the kind of thing I would do! I love those little touches!!

When I bought my piano (used) the fallboard logo and pedals were tarnished and dull. At some point, I figured out how to polish and it was the best thing I could have done, it made me so happy just to see it! 🙂

Josephine It needs some regulation

My tuner is booked on 6th November. Presently I am thinking about making a cover to keep the sunlight and dust out. Before next spring I hope to have applied some anti UV film to the window panels.

It was a sad moment after thirty one years of ownership but I traded the upright. If I needed a second piano it would be a digital such as a Kawai CA901.

I have at least one further recording made on the upright which as not been submitted and which will probably appear in the November recital.
